  1. How can I apply for a new water service connection?
  2. Visit our office located at Provincial Trade Center, Sagadan, Tubod, Lanao del Norte.

  3. What are the requirements for a new water service connection?
  4. Bring original and photocopy of 1 valid ID and Community Tax Certificate.

  5. Why did TBWD disconnect my water service?
  6. Failure to pay water bill during our maintenance check, TBWD will cut your water service temporarily.

  7. How can I apply for temporary disconnection?
  8. Apply for Temporary disconnection in our office.

  9. What should I do if my water service connection was disconnected?
  10. Pay your water bill and we will reconnect it directly.

  11. How much is my reconnection fee?
  12. The reconnection fee is PHP 150.00.

  13. What will I do if I see leaks before my water meter?
  14. Please report to our maintenance personnel or call our office, tel. no. 341-5313 during office hours.

  15. How can I detect in-house water leaks?
  16. Water leaks exist when all your faucets/connections are close but water meter rotates. Close all your faucets/connections then verify your water meter.

  17. What should I do if my meter was stolen?
  18. Please report it to our office.
