To provide potable and affordable water to every household for the maintenance and enjoyment of healthy life and well-being of the whole populace in the municipalities of Tubod and Baroy, Lanao del Norte.

Vision

A model water district, in its category, providing excellent service at reasonable cost for the satisfaction of the concessionaires, dedicated to the highest standard in government service with due care for the society and the environment.

Goals

Tubod-Baroy Water District strives to achieve the following goals:
1. Continually providing safe, reliable, high-quality drinking water to each concessionaire in a cost-effective manner;
2. Pursuing alternative and/or renewable resources as a means of offsetting costs and energy charges providing sustainability;
3. Providing a safe, healthful and rewarding work environment that encourages communication as well as values, employee participation and personal achievement;
4. Maintaining and upgrading the District’s water distribution system and facilities;
5. Minimizing all operational costs while maintaining a high level of customer service;
6. Maintaining open communication and participation with the public through continually seeking customer feedbacks or suggestions for better services; and
7. Maintaining responsible stewardship of the District funds to address future needs.
